I selected this hotel for a business session due to its convenient location and affordable rates for savvy travelers. the event facilities were adequate for my needs, allowing for a productive stay without hassle.
One service that was lacking for my work needs was the absence of a dedicated business center to handle urgent printing and document needs.

Fairly clean and enchanting hotel with brand-new and impeccably clean rooms. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave in the room and the nice bed. Comfortable experience there.

The location was good for our purpose, the staff was courteous and helpful.
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that I went home to Fayetteville a day early; the floors in the kitchen area & bathroom were sticky with something; there was nothing in the kitchen - cups, glasses, anything; we could not park by the building due to roof repair ( which was not happening due to heavy rain). I had to be in LR to assist with a wedding on Saturday evening and had looked via Booked.net for the hotel most convenient to the expressway. Originally booked a queen (for a single) then after found that a family member would join me. When we checked in, were told that there were no doubles available (even though it was obvious that the hotel was barely booked).

Nothing except the low price. But you get what you pay for.
Probably the second worst dump I have ever seen. When I showed up 2 hours before checkin time, even though the room was empty they wanted to charge me $28 as an "early checkin fee". I declined. The room had a number of nasty carpet stains. The walls were paper thin, and there were frequent noises from all directions during my stay.

My stay was a blast! the free wi-fi was super handy for staying connected, and having a flat-screen TV in the room was jaw-dropping. the 24-hour reception team was top-notch, always there to assist with a smile. Plus, the kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave made it feel like a home away from home. the laundry facility on-site was a game-changer, and the free on-site car park was a blessing. With pets allowed and air conditioning keeping me cool, it was a fantastic stay overall.

The gentleman at the front desk was great. Good dealing with it being busy, yet still able to take care of other things, even with a line. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves any good thing y'all can give him. All staff were pleasant and really did a great job. The room was comfortable, everything was clean and taken care of. Nothing fancy but good place. I'll have relatives stay there when they visit.
Since the rooms have a kitchenette, being able to get a few things to cook with etc. would be great.

Price was great. In a safe lpcation
Price brought lower class individuals to the property. Stayed in the front of property on ground floor. Would not have stayed in rear of property.
